Jayanth is the founding partner at Intellectus Conuslting and co-heads the consulting and investment banking division. Apart from being an entrepreneur himself, he has extensive experience in advising clients on corporate transformation that involves working on strategy, growth, cost reduction, performance improvement and organizational efficiency. He is also actively involved in private equity and debt syndication.

Prior to co-founding Intellectus Consulting, Jayanth has worked with Reuters (Business Intelligence Desk), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and has worked as a management consultant to many start-ups across industries.

Jayanth holds an MBA, Masters in Commerce and Masters in Business Law from NLSUI.

REVATHY KASHYAP

Founder & Managing Partner

Revathy is the founding partner at Intellectus Consulting. An expert in Tax Laws and Corporate Laws, Revathy leads the Business Advisory division of Intellectus. An ex-banker with 8 years of experience, she holds a Masters in commerce and is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Revathy specializes in commercial finance and is actively involved in the debt syndication and structured finance verticals of Intellectus.

DAVID L. STEPHEN

Founder & Managing Partner

A key strategic leader and financial advisor to a range of companies, David plays a major role in the Firm’s M&A, Strategy, Corporate Finance and Private Equity verticals. A Management Accountant by profession, David is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and comes with 30 years of experience in management positions at Voltas, Ashok Leyland, Tata Telecom and Hathway Cable.

He brings in excellent value to Intellectus, by advising clients on private equity strategy, deal screening, due diligence, M&As and post-acquisition value creation.

KRISHNASWAMY.G.S.

Principal Consultant

An expert in Corporate Laws, Krishnaswamy oversees the Legal and Company Secretarial services provided by Intellectus. A law graduate and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Krishnaswamy comes with years of experience as a practicing Company Secretary with a number of Chartered Accountant and Legal firms.

A legal and secretarial consultant to various listed and public companies, Krishnaswamy plays a key role in the firm’s Business Advisory vertical.

MANJUNATH SIDDARAMAIAH

Principal Consultant

An MBA in Finance with 13 years of experience in the areas of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Financial Reporting and Taxation, Manjunath plays a key role in the Firm’s Business Advisory division.

Having worked with many legal as well as Chartered Accountancy firms, he comes with extensive expertise in Debt Syndication and Financial Restructuring.

A graduate in commerce and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Kiran is actively involved in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance and Growth & Strategy verticals of Intellectus. Having worked for Amazon and various Chartered Accountant firms, he comes with extensive experience in Transfer Pricing, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Financial Reporting and Taxation.

A professional in due-diligence and business valuation, Kiran has an important role to play in the Firm’s Consulting and Investment Banking division.
